In this role, you will advise clients on political and policy strategy, lead government relations mandates, and help organizations navigate evolving legislative and regulatory environments. You will work closely with senior decision-makers in government and industry while contributing to the growth of our firm.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will advise clients on political and policy strategy, lead government relations mandates, and help organizations navigate evolving legislative and regulatory environments. You will work closely with senior decision-makers in government and industry while contributing to the growth of our firm.
What You’ll Do
- Lead government relations and public policy engagements for clients
- Analyze legislation, regulatory developments, and government priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with elected officials, political staff, and public servants
- Develop clear, strategic written materials including briefings, memos, and presentations
- Support advocacy strategies and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to business development and mentor junior team members
- 5-7 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, policy, or consulting
- Experience leading projects or managing teams
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong understanding of the Canadian political and policy landscape
- Ability to translate complex policy issues into clear strategic advice
- University degree in political science, public policy, Canadian studies, or a related field
- Bilingualism in English and French
- Eligibility to conduct registrable lobbying activities federally and provincially
- Competitive compensation of $100,000 - $120,000 CAD annually
